Capacity procedure policies
At MOVE Moonee Valley we have aquatic capacity procedures in place for events or hot weather, where we expect a high volume of guests looking to use our pool and aquatic areas.
In the event of extreme heat or exceptionally warmer weather, we ask all guests to remember to plan ahead. Please check our social pages regularly for the latest venue capacity update to avoid disappointment when you get to our venue.
Aquatic capacity levels:
Green - A facility in the GREEN zone is not near capacity and is open and ready for visitors.
Amber - The AMBER zone means that the facility is close to reaching capacity.
Red - The RED zone means that the venue has reached capacity and a lock out will be initiated. Entry will be 1-in-1-out, and when this occurs, we suggest visiting one of the other facilities as an alternative.
Capacity limits are in place to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Active supervision – all your attention, all the time
Your safety is very important to us and while there are lifeguards on hand, we ask you to follow active supervision and pool rules to help ensure your safety in and around our aquatic areas. Parents/guardians must actively supervise their children. If you are not confident in the water or not a strong swimmer, please let our staff know as you enter the facility.
