Bio
I’m passionate about empowering women through strength training – helping them build not only physical strength, but also confidence that extends well beyond the gym. With over 12 years of experience in competitive sports including basketball, tennis, and swimming, I understand the discipline, mindset, and consistency required for long-term success.
Before joining Keilor East Leisure Centre, I worked in a local gym and a grammar school, leading group fitness sessions for adolescents while completing my studies in Physical Education and Sports Science. These experiences sparked a deep passion for coaching women, especially in the areas of strength and conditioning.
Since KELC’s reopening, I’ve loved connecting with clients and designing personalised programs that break down barriers and drive real, sustainable progress. I believe strength training isn’t just about lifting weights – it’s about building resilience, self-belief, and lifelong healthy habits.
My approach is centred on education and empowerment. I want clients to understand the “why” behind their training, and I support them with structured, realistic, and encouraging guidance. My mission is to help women feel confident and capable in their own bodies while achieving their fitness goals with consistency and pride.
