Bio
I have a strong sports background and a degree in Exercise Science, with a focus on strength and conditioning to help clients reach their goals. As an accredited Exercise Scientist, I specialise in developing tailored programs to improve strength, mobility, and functional movement.
I’ve worked with athletes across various sports and competitive levels – from State League soccer to junior development—and bring real-world experience and evidence-based programming to every client. I completed my placement at Oxidate Performance and continue to coach at Team 639, where I refine my skills in performance-based training.
Whether you’re an athlete seeking performance gains or someone looking to move better and feel stronger, I combine technical knowledge with a practical coaching style to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively.

I don’t have a favourite, but my most watched franchise has to be the Marvel movies.
Top workout tip?
Being able to prioritise rest and recovery is more important than the work we do in the gym, as this is the time where our bodies rebuild and recover to be able to push through again and again. By improving recovery, sleep and nutrition, along with consistency, the rewards of our hard work will show.
