Bio

I’m passionate about helping people unlock their potential through strength and power training. My goal is to guide you toward becoming the strongest and most confident version of yourself, both inside and outside the gym.

I hold qualifications in Fitness and specialised Kettlebell training. As a competitive powerlifter, my expertise lies in building muscle mass and designing targeted strength and power programs tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether your goal is to increase muscle, enhance athletic performance, or improve overall strength, I’m committed to making your journey both effective and enjoyable.

Outside of training clients, I actively compete in powerlifting, continuously challenging my own limits and refining my skills. I also play football for Tullamarine FC, keeping me closely connected to the sporting community and high-performance training environments.
