Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

45 minutes | medium intensity
Aqua is low-impact, high-energy workouts conducted in water. Participants perform a variety of aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. The water provides resistance and reduces stress on the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience.

These classes can help relieve muscular aches and pains, increase blood flow to muscles and joints, improve flexibility and promote relaxation. Perfect for rehab, treating injuries or relaxing. The buoyancy of the water supports the body, taking the weight off inflamed and painful joints. Aqua Warm is a fun gentle warm water class. Designed and catering for beginners and pre/post-natal. Classes are social, gentle and conducted in a comfortable and safe environment. This class is run in our Warm Water Pool.

Aqua HIIT is a high intensity interval training class that alternates short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. The buoyancy properties of the water allow you to work at a higher level with less impact on your body. This class is run in the 25-m pool.

Aqua Pilates is a gentle activity in the warm water pool that combines cardiovascular training, muscle strengthening, and breathing exercises. The aim of Pilates is to work all the stabilising muscles of the body, both deep and superficial, while putting the body in a state of imbalance.

Aqua Zumba is a dance based class that takes place in a pool. The philosophy was derived from the popularity of Zumba and adapted to water. The class comprises of low impact, high energy moves. An Aqua Zumba class is accompanied by Latin style, motivational music, including fast and slow rhythms, incorporating resistance training utilising water.

Is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and core stability. It is performed on a mat using bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to improve posture, alignment, and overall body strength. In Mat Pilates, participants follow a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. The movements are precise and controlled, emphasising breath control and proper alignment.

Experience a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance movements and aerobic exercises. Zumba classes are known for their high-energy and infectious atmosphere. The workouts feature a variety of dance styles, including salsa, cumbia and more. Participants follow the instructor's lead and engage in choreographed dance routines.

These classes that focus on getting every-BODY moving and will cater to those with arthritis or ailment that restrict range of movement. The classes build strength (we use the bands, light weights or bodyweight), balance, coordination and flexibility. Not only a great workout but loads of fun! We encourage everyone to move at their own pace and do what works for them.

A low impact moderate impact class for over 50s. Features a combination of light cardio, strength and flexibility (stretching) exercises.

A circuit class incorporates a number of different exercises and workouts. These include cardiovascular, resistance and weight training. This is to ensure it gives you a balanced session and helps you reach your fitness targets as quickly as possible. Suitable for all fitness levels.

A Barre class workout is a blend of Pilates and yoga with elements of ballet. Designed to be low impact, however high intensity movements, Barre combines isometric, static poses and positions in a progressive overloaded way, increasing strength, but without lifting weights. Some classes will incorporate accessories such as sliders, exercise balls, free light weights and also include improvement in flexibility as general stretching is often incorporated.

Combines traditional ballet fundamentals with elements of balance, conditioning, stretching and relaxation / breathing. #BARRE has been engineered to provide you with a class that will provide you with the grace and poise of traditional ballet. It will get your heart pumping, strengthen and tone muscle, develop balance, and give you a great stretch.

It features great music from all kinds of genres; a wide variety of dance styles and choreography that will suit all abilities from beginners to those with more dance experience. #DANCE focuses on FUN and having a good time whilst keeping you healthy and active. A workout that is accessible across all ages, as well as all fitness abilities, from absolute beginners, through to experienced dance-fitness athletes.

Tai Chi, or Taijiquan in Chinese, is an outstanding gem of traditional Chinese culture that is valuable in promoting health, developing combat and self-defence skills, and improving concentration and overall well-being. Tai Chi's slow, gentle and tranquil movements which enable harmony in mind and body, improved mobility, suppleness and mental alertness.

Meditation is the deliberate focusing of attention to bring about feelings of calm and heightened energy and awareness. Regular meditation offers many health benefits, such as reduced stress and anxiety. This class runs for 30 minutes.

These yoga classes are good for anyone who feels less flexible, are recovering from surgery or an accident, feel that they need an easier and slower yoga class. Classes still include practice for strength, balance, flexibility & yoga breathing exercises. You will leave the class, feeling you got a good workout for your current ability. Accommodations for those who might not be able to get onto floor or put pressure on hands or wrists this class is designed cater to everyone. Please BYO Mat. This is the closest to Yin Yoga that we offer.

The ancient art of yoga with a modern twist. A Pop Yoga class incorporates classical yoga poses (asana) sequenced to a themed pop playlist. Creative adaptions and transitions match the music and the theme. Pop Yoga is respectful of the ancient traditions and wisdoms of yoga, but adds a contemporary element. With a killer soundtrack of carefully selected tunes, you will be stretching, toning and strengthening your body, mind and spirit in all manner of creative ways. Please BYO Mat.

Hatha technically encompasses all of the physical yoga styles, the asana practice. The word Hatha can translate to “ha” the sun and “tha” the moon, two opposing energies coming together to balance as one and that is what you can expect from a Hatha Yoga class; a balance of two energies merging into one, a practice balanced in strength and softness, leaving you feeling complete. Vinyasa yoga is a style which synchronises movement and breath; the poses are linked in a flowing sequence which resembles a dance. The breath becomes important as sequences are united by an inhalation or an exhalation. Vinyasa is literally translated from Sanskrit as meaning “connection.” Vinyasa Yoga is considerably more movement based than practices like hatha and yin. Please BYO Mat.

The Boxing workout is results focused, while promising to be a whole lot of sweaty fun! The first part of the workout your coach will teach you safe boxing techniques. Working with your partner, your coach will guide you through a series of combinations to get your heart rate increasing. Using a series of functional exercises, this boxing class is designed to improve technique, strengthen the body, increase your fitness levels and aid in weight loss.
