- Women’s health; pre and post natal, PCOS, Menopause, Osteoporosis
- Previous experience working in a private practice, working with a range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, as well as teaching Clinical Pilates
- Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Pain and other invisible conditions, particularly several mental health conditions
- Experience working with populations with Neurological conditions; Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Stroke
Bio
Tara is extremely passionate about educating individuals on the importance of exercise, not only for our physical health, but also our mental health. Tara believes exercise is one of the most effective tools when it comes to improving our quality of life, enabling us to live our lives to our fullest potential. Tara’s love for exercise stemmed from her interest in sport from a young age, always being involved in at least one sport throughout her life, with a particular passion for Netball, Athletics and Rowing.
Outside of work, you will find Tara catching up with family and friends and keeping active in as many ways as possible. Tara’s favourite ways to keep active include running, Pilates and strength training and is a big believer in practicing what you preach!
