Bio
Manuella’s approach combines evidence-based exercise science and Pilates principles to create supportive, progressive, and individualised programs. She is passionate about helping people move with purpose, feel stronger in their bodies, and build lasting confidence in what they can do – meeting each client exactly where they’re at.
Her journey into exercise began with her own experience of chronic pain in her twenties, where she discovered first hand how movement could restore strength and function. That transformation inspired her to share the same benefits with others, shaping her philosophy that movement should be accessible, adaptable, and meaningful for every individual.
Outside work, Manuella enjoys hiking and exploring nature, sipping good coffee and tending to the hundreds of her indoor plants.
