Bio

Chanel has been an Occupational Therapist (OT) and Occupational Therapist Manager for 13 years. Her areas of expertise are paediatrics and family-centred practice, but she also enjoys working with adults to help them achieve their goals.

Chanel believes in holistic care and working collaboratively with clients to maximise their function and independence. As an OT she fundamentally believes in the importance of people being able to do the ‘occupations’ they need or want to do each day- from dressing themselves, completing their cooking or grocery shopping, or attending social events.

With industry experience in the NDIS, the Royal Children’s Hospital, Early Childhood Providers and Community Health, Chanel is excited to be working in a truly Community Environment at MOVE venues where the aspects of physical, mental and social health and wellbeing can combine.
