Caitlin is passionate about the role of movement in enhancing overall quality of life, helping individuals return to their daily routines and the activities they enjoy most. Caitlin is committed to helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience through tailored exercise and supportive guidance, empowering individuals to feel their best inside and out.
Growing up with a love for sports like taekwondo and dance, Caitlin continues to teach dance and stay active outside of work through gym training, spending time with her dogs, and hiking with friends and family. She’s also a big movie fanatic and loves winding down with a good film whenever she can.
