Celebrate your child's special day the easy way with a MOVE Moonee Valley birthday party, available exclusively at Keilor East Leisure Centre. We will take care of the planning, hosting and clean up so you can enjoy a stress-free party with your family and friends.

Prices are between $37.25 - $42.25 per child (including catering package)

Birthday party package includes:
  • 1 hour of supervised aquatic fun
    • 30 minutes of inflatable play (5+ ages)
    • 30 minutes of swim activities with our instructors
  • Cake and catering for 30 minutes
    • Order a delicious ice cream cake with us or bring your own birthday cake
  • Dedicated Party Host to manage guests and the table
  • Poolside table to watch the fun
  • Invite templates

Fun pool games

Everyone will enjoy one hour of supervised pool activities with entertainment guaranteed within a fun and safe environment. Best of all we clean up all the mess, leaving you free to relax and able to enjoy your child’s birthday celebrations.

Swimming party activities include games like:

  • Play session on the inflatable obstacle course (where available)
  • Shallow water play
  • Water tag
  • Deepwater activities and more!

MOVE Moonee Valley also has catering options available so you only need to send the invites and leave the food and mess to us! Prices vary depending on catering options selected.

Birthday party FAQs

No deposit required! To secure your birthday party booking, we simply ask for your card details, in line with our cancellation policy. On the day of the party, you'll make your full payment directly to your Party Host. 

You’re welcome to bring homemade food like sandwiches, fruit platters, and snacks. However, please note that we do not allow externally branded items such as McDonald’s, pizzas, or fish and chips at our centre. 

Feel free to bring your own cake or choose to add our delicious ice cream cake for just $20. Don’t worry about finalising the details until the week of the party! 

We recommend all guests arrive 15 minutes before the party start time. This allows our Party Host to organise wristbands and escort everyone to the table before the fun begins! 

Feel free to bring decorations for your table area! We provide the essentials, including a tablecloth, cutlery, plates, and cups. If you'd like to bring your own, just let us know the week of the party!

The party area must be vacated 15 minutes after the official party ending time.

However, children are welcome to continue splashing around in the pools afterward. Please note: children under 10 must be supervised by an adult, and those under 5 must have an adult within arm's reach at all times. 

You’re welcome to set up a drinks tab, which can be arranged with the Party Host upon arrival. Feel free to also use our kiosk area if you'd like to purchase food for any parents attending the party. 

That’s perfectly fine! You don’t need to confirm the final number of attendees until the week of the party. 

Yes, for your party you'll need to select one catering option from the three provided. 

Skip the aquatic play cost – Simply pay a casual entry fee for the accompanying adult instead. 

Catering flexibility – We can include them in your catering numbers if you’d like, or if you prefer, you’re welcome to bring homemade food just for them. 

That way, they can still be part of the fun without any extra costs for activities they are unable to use! 

You are welcome to pay casually for children to enter the centre, however, please note the following: 

  • We are not able to store your cake due to health & safety standards, and you cannot bring a knife into the centre – our Kiosk staff can cut the cake for you in our cafe area 
  • There will be no designated party area for your group 
  • You can access the kiosk as normal
  • You are welcome to bring food from home, however or centre prohibits externally branded food, such as McDonalds, Pizza, Fish n Chips etc
